Delete Your @Batz Account

From the app

1. Open the @Batz app and sign in.
2. Tap the menu icon (top-right of the Home screen) and select User Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete Account and tap it, then confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and its personal information. Any player you had access to reverts back to their team's Head Coach, per our Privacy Policy.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email atbatz@brain-spell.com from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We'll confirm once it's done.

Deleting a specific player's information

To request deletion of a specific player's information rather than your whole account, email atbatz@brain-spell.com.
